This is a tag index of administrative law judges, IEP eligibility categories, special education terms, issues, interventions/methodologies, local education agencies (LEAs), California counties and regions, whether the student was represented by a special education attorney or advocate, etc. It will always be a work in progress.

This index is intended to assist users in searching the hearing decisions and other documents. However, the index is not comprehensive and potentially subject to error or oversight. Be sure to also use Live Search (in the left column) or Custom Search to find keywords within the documents.

At minimum, all hearing decisions, sanctions and orders have been tagged with the administrative law judge’s (ALJ) name, prevailing party and local education agency (district, county mental health, county office of education, etc.).
